Terms of Services

Refunds or Course Withdrawal:

Cancellation can be done up to 5 business days prior to the classroom based seminar for a Full refund. To ensure that we have received this request, please send it in writing (email or letter confirmed in time).

Students who register within the 5 business days prior to the seminar can submit a request in writing (email or letter that is confirmed as received) to the Allstar Enviro Safety representative. They can substitute themselves for another person, so that the seat can still be filled in the course.

Students who withdraw the day before the class without substitution will forfeit their payment. Students who do not attend the course with no notice or are over 30 minutes late will forfeit their payment.

ONLINE seminars: Since the e-learning programs are registered with an online provider, Allstar Enviro Safety cannot refund to those who decide to withdraw, following payment. Most of the e-learning programs cannot be refunded as the link or access code will already be published and cannot be reused by Allstar Enviro Safety.

Allstar Enviro Safety and it’s representatives assume the right to cancel or substitute a course in which minimum registration is not met or for unforeseen circumstances. We will make our best effort to rebook the program, when possible and to advise the students or employers of the cancellation or date change.

Late arrival or departure:

Most courses allow 20 minutes late arrival, as long as the instructor has time to catch up the participant during the course with missed information.

Courses must be completed in their entirety with a passing mark on examinations to be certified.

Certification requirements:

Most courses require Government Issued picture i.d. on the day that the seminar is taken. There are no refunds for failing exams and a charge will apply for rebooking.

Literacy:

Students must have good written and comprehension skills in English to pass. No translators allowed.
