Should I take PST 2.0 or eGSO orientation?

This is a synopsis of a recent Enform communication.

As of June 1, the eGSO Record of Completion from Enform is now the standard for establishing a worker has completed a general safety orientation in the oil and gas industry. As companies continue to work out their eGSO processes, we would like to pass on some essential information for you and any companies you work with.

Anyone who completes or has completed PST certification already has an eGSO Record of Completion.

PST exceeds the requirements of a general eGSO safety orientation. All PST 2.0 certificate holders past and present automatically receive an eGSO Record of Completion.This can be printed out from within their Enform online account. If a company chooses to use PST for their workers, they do not need to add eGSO.They remain compliant . eGSO is not a replacement for PST requirements as PST covers a lot more material than a general safety orientation.
