Anticipating outdoor survival situations is essential when in the wilderness. Being unprepared is the biggest danger that people face in outdoor survival situations. Accordingly this program, provides information that will assist you to handle most situations that you may encounter. It includes interviews of scenarios in the outdoors to illustrate what to do before help arrives.

- Defensive and non-defensive attacks (confrontational vs predatory)
- How to play dead when needed
- Storage and handling bear spray
- Bear bangers use
- Lyme disease
- Building emergency shelters
- Reacting to lightning strikes
- Dangerous trees during normal and high-wind situations
- Signalling for help to outsiders
- Preparation of water to make it safe for drinking
- Prevention of hypothermia and frostbite
