First level Supervisor Training Program (FLST)

Price: $400 + 20 tax = $420

This comprehensive online program emphasises the need for strong supervision skills on a construction project. It offers the critical skills and concepts needed to supervisor crews on a construction site. It applies to sectors such as residential, commercial, institutional, industrial and civil construction.

The mission of this program is to provide workers with the supervisory tools to :

Lead construction crews
Communicate in an effective manner
Motivate teams
Address issues concerning performance
Develop an understanding of a supervisors due diligence and role in safety

This program is only available on line, but is in both French and English.

Credits:

The Canadian Construction Association (CCA) will accredit you with 5 credits toward the GOLD SEAL CERTIFICATION. This is upon successful completion of this program with 100% marks
