ONLINE EYE SAFETY COURSE OVERVIEW:
Most employees take their eyes’ health for granted. But eyes are very fragile, and statistics show that eye injuries occur frequently in the workplace. Many eye injuries are caused by not paying full attention while working or not wearing the appropriate protective equipment.This course uses a powerful combination of audio, full-motion video, text, and colourful graphics to explain how to prevent eye injuries.

- Physiology of the eye and how it functions
- Common eye injuries and how they are caused
- Short and long-term effects of eye injuries
- Eye care and safety practices
- Selecting and using appropriate personal protective equipment
EYE SAFETY ONLINE COURSE DURATION:
Approximately 60 minutes
EYE SAFETY ONLINE TEST:
Testing conducted throughout this online Eye Safety course is designed to reinforce the information presented. A mark of 80% must be achieved in order to receive a certificate of completion. Participants are able to repeat the course twice if the pass mark is not achieved on the first attempt.
EYE SAFETY ONLINE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION:
Upon completion of this online course, a certificate of completion will be available for download and printing.
