Due to the significant number of fatalities associated with the use of cranes and derricks in construction, OSHA released a historic new standard on August 9, 2010, that addresses the use of cranes and derricks in construction.
This online course is designed to familiarize you with the types of equipment that fall under the standard and the necessary practices to work safely on and around cranes and derricks.

CRANES, DERRICKS, HOISTS, ELEVATORS, AND CONVEYORS FOR CONSTRUCTION TESTING:
Testing conducted in this online Cranes, Derricks, Hoists, Elevators, and Conveyors for Construction course is designed to reinforce the information presented. A mark of 80% must be achieved in order to receive a certificate of completion. Users are able to repeat the course twice if the pass mark is not achieved.
