Project managers, supervisors, owners and parties involved in construction should familiarize themselves with construction contracts and contract law.
This program will note the responsibilities of the various parties and their liabilities while compiling and submitting extras and claims. Ways and means for leaders to avoid conflict with labour, owners, trades and contracts are covered.
